Looking for roommate for 2 bed in SoMa distric

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to move into my 2BR apartment in SoMa, located off 9th St & Folsom St in San Francisco.

About the Apartment:
• Rent is $1,825/month, with all utilities included except electric (wifi, water, garbage, gas included).
• Move-in by December 22nd is preferred, but I can be somewhat flexible.
• Located in the SOMA district. Super central and walkable!
• No parking in the building, but there’s metered street parking nearby and unmetered/unpermitted spots a few blocks away.
• Bike storage available in the building.
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Large kitchen, lots of space to cook and hang out.
• Private patio + rooftop access.
• It’s a 6-month lease with an option to extend.
• Photos are staged, so furniture shown won’t remain.

About Me:
I’m 25, female, and looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and friendly. I’d love to have a roommate I get along with! I work in person in the South Bay 5 days a week, so I’m gone most of Monday–Friday.

I love cycling classes, going to the movies, reading, live music, and spending time with friends. I do have a cat, and I might be open to one more cat if we chat about it first.

Other Details:
• The apartment is 1.3 miles from the Caltrain station, super convenient if you commute.
• I’m hoping to find someone ASAP.
