Hello, I’m the tenant moving out of HQ apartment (technically already moved out aside from a few things). The available room has been turned into an office for the time being. The apartment has a Juliette balcony with a view of the Salesforce skyline. One bathroom. Gym in building. Laundry in unit. Adjacent to Costco.
The other tenant is a 27 YO Japanese male, from Tokyo, who speaks decent English. I’m posting on behalf of him out of ease of communication. He would prefer another male, possibly someone who is familiar with Japanese or Asian culture as it is a shoeless apartment. He occasionally works from home but mostly on site M-F and isn’t really a party person, so he’s hoping for someone who is also on the chiller side — but he loves basketball and catching games or MMA fights!
