We are looking to fill a bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment, with a move in date of June 1st. The apartment is beautiful, all hardwood floors, great natural lighting, in a convenient location near downtown SF. You won't find a better deal in the whole bay area!

About the apartment:
3 bedroom, 2 baths. Large open kitchen with an island, and a spacious living room.
No in unit laundry, but there is a laundromat 2 blocks away on 8th street

About the bedroom:
Located toward the back of the building away from street noise, with one window that opens up into a sky-well. You'll get direct sunlight in the mornings till early afternoon.
The bedroom has two closets, one large walk-in, and one smaller normal closet.

About the location:
We're only 2 blocks (~10min walk) from Powell Bart, the Westfield Mall, Metreon, and Yerba Buena Gardens. The street we're on (6th Street) can look sketchy, but it is completely safe, if not just a bit dirty. There's tons of cheap restaurants and fun bars located nearby as well.

About us, the roommates: (Eddie and Sam)
We're both 29y/o male working professionals, working from home at the moment. We're mostly quiet during the week days, but every once in awhile we'll entertain on the weekends and have friends over. We love to do house dinners and drinks, Eddie is an amazing chef, and Sam is doing his best to learn. We've both very clean and always keep the place looking sharp.
