Total move-in cost: $1230 (1 month's rent) + $1,500 deposit = $2750

The space: Unfurnished. The closet is the dark armoire pictured. Room is located directly off the kitchen, so a deep sleeper is preferred. The common areas include a spacious living room, an eat-in kitchen, and a split bathroom. We also have indoor storage space for one bike if you're into that; no extra storage beyond that in your room. We also have an in-unit washer/dryer!

The location: The apartment is super centrally located, right in between SOMA and the Mission and a 15 minute walk from both Civic Center and 16th Street Bart stations. There's ample street parking available nearby. We are 3 blocks from Uber/Twitter, Fitness SF and 1 block from Target, Rainbow Grocery and Foods Co.

The roomies: S, 34 - female and bisexual; student and caregiver; enjoys lifting, rock climbing, attending live music. V, 36 - female and bisexual; professional performing artist, circus; enjoys history, politics, and sharing muni stories. E, 32 - male, straight; works in tech, and professional actor; enjoys video games, going to the cinema, and screenwriting. We are all open-minded, chill, and decently entertaining individuals. None of us have a 9-5, but you can.

The vibes: We're all very friendly and laid back. We like to hang out occasionally but we're all busy and have our own schedules. Our apartment is kinda awesome. All of the rooms are painted cool colors and nicely decorated. We're not neat freaks but keep the common areas tidy and would expect the same from you. We are social drinkers, however if you have tracks on your arms, you'll need to track your ass out the door. Sorry, no pets. Feel free to host a few friends over for pre/post-drinks, but we are not a party house. Having said that, S likes to host 1-2 couchsurfing socials per year for Folsom/Pride. Parking is aplenty and free.
