Luxury Apartment in SoMa (reasonably priced)

I've searched and visited several apartments with my previous roommates (friends), and decided that this apartment is the BEST within our budget. Since my roommates are moving out and relocating to San Jose, I am looking for two new roommates :)

This 2b2b apartment in SoMa is 1090 ft2, it's seriously the biggest apartment that we've visited within our price range... The converted living room is spacious, about the same size as the bedroom. And it comes with a balcony!

There're security people in the front desk 24/7, and you have to use your key twice in order to get in the building, so no need to worry about the safety issue (we're at a very safe neighborhood as well, it's right next to MoMA).

There's someone at the concierge to receive your packages, and you can also drop off your outgoing packages there.

The location is perfect! Many food options nearby. 4 mins walk to MoMA Museum, 5 mins walk to Whole Foods, and walking distance to Union Square (~10 mins)... You can literary walk to your job or easily get the bart/cal-train/bus. Plenty of bars and nightclubs around here too.
Since the apartment complex is gated, it's very quiet and peaceful at night.

Many great amenities such as gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, study room, and rooftop deck.
If you have pets, there're tons of grass right outside our building.

About me:
A working professional who works in FiDi from Mondays to Fridays.
