40" TV in the living room with Amazon Fire Stick, (no Prime, unless your have it).

Fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, electric hot water kettle, toaster oven, rice cooker, blender, air fryer and microwave.

Possible small storage in the garage (no in/out).

"Key-Safe" outside the house in case you lock yourself out.

It is located 2 blocks to the shopping center at Potrero Avenue & 16th Streets, with a Safeway (groceries & pharmacy), Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Pete's Coffee, Ross, 24 Hour Fitness, Noah's Bagels, Post Office, Togo's Deli, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase/Washington Mutual Bank, McDonald's, Petco, Vitamin Shoppe, 1 sushi restaurant, 1 Chinese restaurant, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Automobile Club of America & more.

Located on Utah Street near 17th Street, one block East of Potrero Avenue, it is also very near UPS (United Parcel Service), "Live Sushi", "Il Pirata Bar", Phil's coffee and a few other coffee shops and restaurants.

It is 3 blocks to Whole Foods, It is also 6 blocks to Gus' Supermarket.

A few gyms and 2 dry cleaners are also within walking distance.

It is approximately a brisk 15 minute walk to the BART station at 16th and Mission streets.

It is also near the 9, 22, 27, 33, 55 and 90 Muni Bus Lines, and SamTrans Bus lines 292 and 397 (to and from the airport and peninsula).

There is almost always plenty of free street parking directly in front of the house, but a residential parking permit sticker (Brown "W") is required from Monday to Friday, between 10 and 4 only. If you take your car to work from Monday to Friday, you won't need the sticker. There is alwas free parking on weekends. Otherwise, there is free 24/7 parking one block away.

Please be clean and do your dishes daily. We try to never leave the house with dishes in the sink.
