The room comes with a big closet which is slide door mirror.  For One person only.  Street parking. You will share the bathroom with a female roommate, kitchen and living room with 2 female roommates.
-Move in date June 1st  (if you need early we can discuss about it)The first month $1100 rent plus deposit $1,750.
The following months will be the normal rent

We are looking to fill the room in our spacious furnished apartment located in 94124 area code.  You will be living with two fantastic roommates.       About roommates:
Roomate # 1, a mindful female mid thirties who is very kind. She  is  Early Childhood Professional ,  She loves cooking, nature, enjoys reading, big talks and quiet time.
Roomate # 2 -. Latina female in her mid 20s who loves sweets, cats, beach days, good coffee, and plants! She has a professional background in law and civil rights, likes friendly conversations, and is always down for a night out!

Our Apartment:
Bright and spacious bi-level 3 bedroom 2 full bath top floor unit.  Two unit newer construction building with great room concept features large open living, dining, and modern kitchen with high-end appliances, 2 bedrooms and a full bath on main level, master suite on upper level.
Conveniently, walkable to local shops, parks and transit, gym,  Easy access to highway 101 getting you anywhere within the city or peninsula, SF Airport in 13 minutes. The apartment is a few steps away from the bus routes 23, 15, 24, 44, KT Muni. So, you will be able to commute very conveniently across the city.
The home itself has an in-house washer/dryer shared areas for backyard, and a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and so on. You will therefore have your own room. As we are living very closely together, we really take care of each other and respect the schedule of the other roommates.
What we are looking for:
We are not looking for someone who just fills the room, we are looking for someone who wants to create a community with us.  We are hoping for someone who is clean, communicative, friendly, responsible, and most of all, looking to build a happy home environment.
