Located right in North Beach — Just up the street from the Boardroom and the Northstar corner. There are many great restaurants, bars, parks, and cafes. It’s a vibrant, active neighborhood and has everything within walking distance. Bus stops are also a block away. Three small local grocery stores within two blocks, and a Trader Joe’s in the north part of the neighborhood.

About the Apartment

The apartment is large (~1,950 sq ft) and requires regular upkeep. I keep shared spaces clean and organized and am looking for someone who is super on top of that as well, especially the kitchen.

About Me

I run my own social media and marketing agency and work from home. I travel a few times a year for work, and often spend extended time in Oregon, so there will be months where you have the apartment to yourself.

I lift regularly and play sports, cook at home daily, go out on weekends, and have guests over fairly often when I’m in town, but I will always check to make sure that’s cool with my roommate. ideally looking for someone with a similar vibe.

Other Details

• Just myself and a 12-year-old chiweenie named Shabba live here (He’s very friendly, likes pets and cuddles)

• Unfortunately, no additional pets allowed per landlord

• Ideally looking for someone in a similar stage of life (late 20s / early 30s)

• Looking for a minimum 1-year commitment

• Garage shelf space for some extra storage

• Landlord will require credit check

• Bedroom has a heater

• There are no parking spots available currently
