Roommate wanted — Rincon Hill (19 Clementina St)
-Rent: ~$2,500/month + split internet, water, gas, and electric
-Move-in: End of July (flexible by a few days)
-Setup: Private room in a 2BR/2BA
-Lease: Runs through December, but I plan to renew — looking for someone who'd want to stay on
-Building / neighborhood: In-building laundry, gym two blocks away, plenty of coffee shops nearby, 20 min drive to SFO

A bit about me:
-Mid-20s, work in finance — driven about my career and tend to click with people who are the same
-On a regular weekday schedule; clean, respectful of shared space, quiet during the week, social but not party-heavy
-Into running, poker, and some baking

Looking for someone who is:
-A working professional or grad student, 23+ (finance background is a big plus)
-Clean and communicative, comfortable splitting chores and bills fairly
-Down for a friendly household — grabbing dinner or a drink sometimes, not just two strangers sharing a hallway
-No smoking in the house
