After nearly 3 years, a roommate is leaving and relocating to Los Angeles! My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to take over the second bedroom. It'll fit a queen size bed with room for nightstands (you can actually walk around it -- pretty rare in San Francisco). There's a large walk-in closet, too. The bathroom is enormous with a tub/shower combo.

I'll get better pictures of the apartment. I seriously just took these for a person on another one of these sites that requested them.

* 1 gigabit up/down through Google's Webpass. It's only $60/month, too. Flat. So your portion would be only $20. Seriously.
* Secure parking is available -- I currently pay $350/month for it but, if you're living here, having a car is silly. I'm selling mine.
* There are some storage units available for an additional fee, too, but I'm not sure of the costs off-hand.
