Looking for one roommate to move into our four bedroom, two bathroom Baker Beach apartment in the Presidio.

Rent is $1087.50 (utilities not included)

Utilities range from $120-$200 depending on usage per month, per individual)

Room is 9x12 with two windows that look out over the Presidio National Park! Huge closet space with sliding doors. The room is unfurnished but for reference the bed in the picture is a queen size bed (the room is really big!). Bathroom is shared with only one other person

The apartment has large kitchen and living room space with a brand new washer/dryer included

Tons of free and safe street parking!

About current roommates:

All three roommates are in their early-mid 20s (two female, one gender queer). They're super chill and down to earth. friendly. Like to watch movies, go out, and do crafts.

Looking for someone who is does not mind a messy apartment and is carefree and easy going.

Important to Note: We have a dog named Ritz Cracker (see photo). He is about a medium sized dog. He is generally good but he may bark and growl at new people (he does get used to people pretty quickly though). We are currently working on training him so he can be left alone but he may bark and cry for extended periods of time only on the rare occasion one of us isn’t home (he has pretty severe separation anxiety).

About the area:

Presidio Apartments are great for anyone who likes to bike, hike, run, surf, enjoys nature, etc. The apartment is owned by the federal government so you don't have to deal with shifty landlords.
