The apartment itself has a boho chic vibe with lots of fun art and plants. A pretty well stocked Kitchen, storage room for you in pantry , sunny living room with view of park, decent size bathroom with great shower.

It’s on the 3rd floor of a walk-up Edwardian. Spacious steps for your move-in.

Your room is semi - furnished . Everything pictured available to you, or can be removed, EXCEPT the large chest of drawers. You need to supply bed frame and mattress. Room is freshly painted , normal size closet with 2 shelves and lights. The room is very sunny and light if you like, or pull the blinds and sleep like a baby!

Lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood. All the Fillmore shops and restaurants are 2 blocks away. Bus lines as well.

Im looking for a woman that does not WFH , is friendly, clean, cool , respectful and has a sense of humor! I like to keep the home clean, but don’t care about dishes in sink, not worth sweating the small stuff.

I work with animals outside of the home, so you have it all to yourself a lot. I like to interact a bit, but also enjoy chilling in my room reading or watching a documentary.

House guests and entertaining are fine with me, provided it stays in moderation.
