14th Floor Golden Gate & Alcatraz views

I have an open room in an exclusive Pacific Heights building. My previous roommates left because they got stuck in Indian visa limbo, to pursue the nomad life, build their own startup or to go live in a frat house.

It is a fantastic location with a short walk from Union St, with gorgeous wraparound balcony views of Golden Gate Bridge, Bay, and Alcatraz (from all rooms!). The apartment itself is awesome, and I cannot understate how spectacular the views are from the entire unit (and of course there is a rooftop as well). Looking for conscientious housemate(s) who enjoys deep conversations and occasionally watching sci-fi (last picture is my projector setup).

The Building:
- Glass window views of the Golden Gate Bridge
- In Pacific Heights/Cow Hollow near Union Street
- Several grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Safeway, and Whole Foods) less than 2 mi away
- 2 blocks from Lafayette Park and Allyne Park
- 15 min walk to the Marina district / Nob Hill/Russian Hill/Japantown/Inner Richmond

- Garage with parking spots available at $350/spot

The Room:
The room already has a murphy bed, wardrobe, and basic furnishings. Your room has a wonderful view of the Golden Gate Bridge! I am also considering subletting my main room instead. Let me know your preferred amount of time here.

- Price is $2,600 / month
- Shared expenses include utilities (gas, water, trash, internet) runs about ~$150/month
- Primary use of the main restroom

The Housemate:
Stanford trained 35M who pivots in and out of venture capital, nonprofits, and AI products.
- Trained yoga teacher and avid fan of spas with cold plunges.
- Enjoys loud hyperstimulating environments some weekends and other weeks goes on 1.5 week long silent retreats.
- Advising GP at an AI venture fund / COO of an associated startup accelerator but focused on launching an AI stealth quant fund
- Plans to get a sailing license in the not too distant future.
- Treats the space as a calm retreat with a nice view from the chaos outside.
