The Area:
The neighborhood is mostly quiet/residential and just 4 blocks from union St. and 5 blocks from Fillmore St. all in walking distance. Lafayette and Allyne Parks very close in walking distance as well! Easy access to public transportation.
Roommate Potential:
Looking for a professional, responsible, but also laid back and fun roommate age 20s/30s to occupy the second private bedroom. Clean and Neat are important to me but I have no problem making a mess in the kitchen for a great meal as long as it?s cleaned up afterwards! I am always open to entertaining or hanging out as I am new to San Francisco and want to make some new friends and acquaintances! As long as it?s not a college party I am cool with it.
