We are two guys looking for another roommate. Our home is an 1878 painted Victorian flat. The palm painted room is 10'x10'. It can easily fit a queen size bed, dresser, TV stand and desk. It has a large closet with storage above. The room is unfurnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. washer and dryer is in the basement. Utilities and internet are included in the rent. We are centrally located in San Francisco. We are two blocks from all the Muni lines, Trader Joe, Target, Japantown, The Fillmore and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to explore. We like artistic, gardening, student, restuarant worker types. We are looking for a roommate that will stay 1 year or longer. We have a very stable home environment. It has everything you need to live a good life in SF. The terms would be first months rent, last months rent and a $200 security deposit plus good references.
