We have a room available for six months in the Sunset neighborhood in San Francisco. Great area with very easy access to N Judah train. Short walk to shops, boba and restaurants on Irving Street. The room has a desk, table, bed frame, mattress and chair. Good neighborhood for street parking by SF standards.

Non smoking household that stays super chill, ie, no parties. We like to keep it quiet at home. Roommates are in their forties, one media worker and one artist. Rent is $850, deposit $1,000.
