Room in remodeled flat

We are looking for someone who is a bit of a night owl or is at least ok with light music in the living room and movies in the bedroom. We usually get home from work around 10 PM and go to sleep around 1/2 AM.
The home is 2000 ft.² with the bedrooms in the back of the house.

YOUR ROOM:
12 x 11 with sliding mirrored closet. This room is west facing gets nice light after 12.

Shared remodeled bathroom with Danielle. (Jena has a full bathroom in master bedroom)

THE APARTMENT:
Spacious 2,000 sq. ft. apartment that is completely renovated and features:

- Extra-large GE High-Efficiency washer and dryer with several settings including steamer (free - ie, NOT coin-operated and the landlord pays for water!)
- Superfast WIFI
- Large double-door refrigerator with large freezer and an ice machine
- Double oven
- Dishwasher

- Central heating
- Double paned windows

MULTI-USE Dining/Yoga-work-out/Game room
Breakfast/dinner window nook table for 4. Padded rug is perfect for at home work outs/yoga/pilates/ weights. Dart board and Japanese folding table perfect for cards/games.

LIVING ROOM:
Sectional leather couch converts into the ultimate movie night or cozy bed for guests.

WALK SCORE: 94 (24th Ave & Irving St) We’re one block away from Golden Gate Park. and half a block from all your commercial needs (great restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores etc.) and 2 blocks from MUNI. Ample street parking. Beautiful Ocean and Baker beach are just 5-10 min drive. 30min run.

We usually go to sleep around 1-3am and wake up around 9-11
We rarely have people over, but for a special occasion, birthday, holiday- this is OK with notice.

Guests are ok 2 nights in a row, in your room with notice. On occasion, and depending on the situation... we can be flexible to have guests stay longer or sleep on our huge couch. But no sublets.

PETS POLICY:
Our lease does not allow any dogs over 40lbs. If your pup does NOT SHED and is well trained, we would love to have him/her here! We expect an hour walk with your pup at least 1x a day. He/she cannot be home all day (sometimes OK but not every day) without you, so if you cant take him/her to work, a trusted dog walker is a must. If you have a pet, please send us a pic and as much info as you can about him/her.

RENT DETAILS:
Move-in total is $1500 + a one-month security deposit of $1500 (and pet deposit if applicable).

The landlord pays for water, sewage, and trash/recycling. We are responsible for electricity, gas, and internet, which comes out to roughly $90/month.
