Huge Room Available

The room is 15 by 15 plus a small walk-in closet. Two bathrooms are shared with other roommates, and of course one kitchen. The house is close to public transportation. The house is 1 block away from 19th Avenue and the 28 Bus Line and 7 blocks from Judah Street, and 4 blocks from Taraval Street. Utilities are not included and can run about $200 in the winter or much less in the summer months. This depends on usage, price of service, and number of occupants. There is a washer and dryer at no extra cost currently. The agreement is Month to Month with a minimal stay of 2 months. A background check and references are necessary along with proof of income. There are minimal house rules to keep the space clean and a housekeeping fee of $50 dollars from each occupant is necessary. I am pretty open who I share the house with as long as my privacy is respected and the individual is hopeful about the future and reaching their goals, and rent gets paid timely. As the owner of the house, if you would like to rent it as a couple, this would involve just a bit more money in order to keep up with my property. In addition, the room adjacent to the one listed is also available and if the new roommate wants to participate in choosing a roommate such is welcome. I would like to be successful finding the right roommate for a joyful, peaceful house where resting and personal goals are met.
