Looking for a roommate in a huge house!

Hi! We live in a 4 bedroom house and are looking for a roommate! A little about us, two women in their 30s and one in their 20s. One is a music venue manager and the dog mom, one works in a nursing home, and one works at a nonprofit. Fred is the dog is very sweet lil potato and loves giving kisses to his roomies. He mainly hangs out with mom though, but if you are the couch he may want a cuddle with you. Other pets welcome as long as they like Fred (he loves every living creature)

The house is walking distance to Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach, and just a block from the N line to downtown, our three-story house has all the amenities you’re looking for:
Large kitchen with brand new stove and extra full-size fridge
Living room and dining room - plenty of common space
Washer-dryer
Gigabit ethernet
Backyard with a lemon tree and barbecue
Garage with parking and storage closets
Indoor atrium for a plant lover
French Bulldog (he’s the fifth roommate)

The room is roughly 12.5’ x 11’ with a 6’ wide closet .Large bay windows give you plenty of light and a great view of Sutro Radio Tower. If you squish your face against the window, you can even see the Golden Gate Bridge (if Karl will allow it).

Some of us have been in the house for years and we love it here. We’re a communal group that likes to share and also respect each other’s personal space.

We also take turns cleaning the common areas of the house each week — it doesn’t take more than 2 hours. With four people, each of us only has to clean once a month.

Rent: $1447/month, plus about $100/month in utilities (gas+electric, water+trash, wifi), with a $1447 deposit upon agreement. 80% of deposit will be returned if you move out before we collectively terminate the lease – the other 20% is intended to prevent future roommates from being left holding the bill.

House is near 31st Ave. and Kirkham, if you’d like to map it. Lots of good food and a cute coffee shop nearby!
