ABOUT ME:

I'm a woman in my late 20's working in the nonprofit field. My schedule is hybrid, so I am in and out of the apartment during the week. I have an active, social, and balanced lifestyle. I’m easygoing, respectful, and like to keep the apartment clean, calm, and comfortable.
I work with elementary school students and seniors, and enjoy a balanced routine — mornings are usually for coffee and journaling, evenings are for unwinding. On weekends, I love spending time outdoors, exploring the city, or relaxing at home.

I value a friendly but independent living vibe — I would love to be friends, but no pressure! It’s always nice to share the occasional meal, conversation, or beach walk.

RENT DETAILS:

$1,850/month + shared utilities (average ~$90/month)

Security deposit: one month’s rent

Move-in date: Late December to early January (Jan. 1st).
