2 Private rooms available located in the outer sunset and are $1,200 each a month not including utilities. Utilities average around $100 a person. I am aworking professional in my 30s.
The kind of roommate we want is someone who is dependable, reliable and cleans up after themselves. I work from home primarily.
When not working, hobbies include sports, exercising and music. We have remained friendly with all our previous housemates and are hoping to find another great roommate.
We are located 2 blocks from the beach.

-1 year lease is required
-No pets or couples allowed
-Washer and dryer in garage
-Street parking and shared driveway
-Utilities average $100 and include WiFi, PG&E, water. garbage, and sewage
Move in costs:
-First months rent($1,200)+ $ 1,200 security deposit. $2,400 total
-The security deposit cannot be used as your last months rent payment and it will be returned to you after move out.
