I am seeking a professional/student to be roommates There is high speed internet, solar installed, ocean views from the lving room,, backyard/garden with a gas grill outside, washer dryer, alarm system, plenty of room.
There are three bedrooms - one is kept open as a guest room..
I work for non-profits helping marginalized folks, I work M-F and on the weekends I like to catch up on my NETFLIX, have a glass of wine with a nice meal, walk to the famers market, bike ride, and sometimes travel.

We would split the bills. There is high speed internet, and flat screen tv's in two bedrooms and one in the lving room. IF you like the outdoors biking and hiking or walking on the beach well .........its all right out the door.

Close to Goldent Gate Park. and SFSU within 1-2 blocks of multiple bus lines and street car downtown is two blocks away. Plenty of parking.
