We are a household where the majority of us have been together for a while 3-15 years. We all work varying shifts, We are comfortable with each other, have our own lives, and schedule, and enjoy group dinners or board games every once in a while when our schedules align. About the roomies, we are all in our 30s and 40s. Lesbian couple with Cats, together for 10+ years, works varying shifts, enjoys food, beer & wine, 420, video games, board games and animals. Gay male who loves to perform, working in the drag scene for 10+ years now, is an outgoing queen who frequents the night life very busy. His social life is rarely brought home however and is mostly in the bars. He is hoping to find a roommate he can play board games with on occasion, but has an understanding of boundaries and social cues. He'd prefer a roommate that isn't loud at night as he is a semi light sleeper. Doesn’t like confrontation and is fairly laid back. He’s excited for someone new to join the house! Our last roommate is Male professional, friendly but quiet, and likes to cook. Available March 1st 2026.

We are all adults and are looking for someone who's lived with others and gotten along well. 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with backyard, we have a fire pit and a bbq we love to pull out when the weather is right, we are blocks away from beach, golden gate park, 18 and N Lines.
