Hello! Wild times!

We have an amazing room opening up in our beautiful Outer Sunset home (35th Ave & Moraga St)! Our landlord is a good guy and has agreed to prorate the room in November so there is some flexibility with move-in. The room can be available as early as Nov 1 and needs to be filled by Nov 15. He has also agreed to a DISCOUNT (!) The lease is 3mo and then month-to-month.

3mo lease discount: $1067 first month
Regular rent: $1225/mo

The Room
This room is ~135 sqft and it comes with a large closet, private door to the backyard, and a big window looking straight across the roofs of the Outer Sunset out to the ocean! Bright and breezy ???? Plenty of space for a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and bookshelf. There is a private bathroom with a shower over the tub that comes with the room.

The Roommates
A. M.? 29-year-old SFSU grad, dog walker, animal lover, vegan, baker. Likes to meditate, paint with watercolors, occasionally likes to go out for drinks at a bar (in The Before times), and has been to Burning Man a twice. Loves getting to know new people!
E. M.? wonderful newest addition to the house! 27-year-old dental assistant in the process of moving in and moving jobs (wild! times!), super friendly, takes no bullshit from anyone, and excited about making friends with the roommates!

You!
We are looking for another single person (no couples) preferably female in the same general age range (mid-20s to early-30s) who is either a working professional and/or graduate-student. We share a small common area so it would be great to find people who are open to being friends and want the place to feel like a home! There are two adorable pets (a cat and a dog) so you MUST love critters! Sorry, but the lease does not allow any additional animals.

The House
The apartment is an in-law unit and is on the slightly smaller side but very cozy. There are some extra storage options in the garage, but not much. The living room is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked and has a gas stove. There is a washer / dryer on site (no coins necessary!), street parking is easy, and we have access to the backyard with that beautiful ocean view. Utilities run $60-80/mo per person.

The Location
We are located in a safe, quiet residential area. There are some good bars and food within a mile radius. Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach are each less than a mile away, so it is a great spot for someone who enjoys the outdoors. The house is a 10 minute drive to both SFSU and UCSF and there are multiple bus lines close by including the N line, which will take you just about anywhere in the city.
