Hello! We are looking for a roommate for our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in the Outer Sunset area. We are 7 minutes away from San Francisco State University, and can easily access the L train and 29 bus, if necessary. We are also conveniently located by Walgreens, the Sunset Supermarket, coffee shops, Lakeshore Plaza and some bars ;). When it starts to get warmer (or if you like to be cold you can still go) the beach is a short walk away and sometimes we get really pretty sunsets :).
We have a pretty spacious apartment with lots of natural lighting that we are hoping to keep clean, along with keeping an easygoing and warm environment.

As of now there are three of us, 2 people in one bedroom and one person in the second bedroom, but there is a space available in that room. We have one bathroom that we all share as well as a laundry unit in the downstairs garage that we share with our lovely landlord?s mom! We do not have a parking spot, but there are lots of parking spaces available as it is not a busy street.

The rent will be $1,100 per month, this includes utilities, such as water and electricity, and WIFI.

Hi I am Liz, I'm 29 years old! I am originally from Gilroy but am living in the city for school and work. On my free time I enjoy listening to BTS and Jazzy study playlists on Spotify.

Nina:
Hey, I?m Nina, I am a 21 year old studying at SFSU and majoring in Psychology. My hope is to become an Art Therapist. When I am not at school I work at an Afterschool program during the week. My passions include: painting, dancing, music, socializing, and giving advice. I?m the baby sister of the group, so I enjoy learning new ways to grow. I?m an ambivert so I?m always down for a good time at home or in the city scene. I am mellow, understanding, and open to new adventures!

Abi:
Hey y?all i?m Abigail (but you can call me Abi)! I am a 21 year old student at SFSU, studying Child Development. When I am not in school I am at work, which is a cute lil preschool in the city. I enjoy downtime, sometimes if I am feeling lazy I will chill in the living room and watch some random shows or a movie. I love painting and will sometimes work on that if given the time. I am also the person you will be sharing a room with! I hope you love plants, and I promise to keep the room a tidy and quiet space. There are times where I will go to sleep really early, or really late, depends, but I will do my best to be considerate of any noise. I also have to wake up early, so my alarm does go off :-(. During the weekends I love exploring the city, going to the farmers market, the park, some thrift stores, or for a nice cup of coffee.

About you:
We are hoping to live with someone who is open minded, considerate, aware, friendly, communicative, reliable and clean.

All three of us are pretty tight knit, we love cooking together during the evenings and gathering around to enjoy a chat or some really good movies/shows. We are also aware of the need for space and alone time, and we hope that you are as well! We hope that whoever you are, you will feel at home!
