Room is private with a shared split bathroom, kitchen and living space. Furnished with bed, dresser, and table, and includes all bills (internet, utilities, cable)

It is an established home, so it's filled with plants, light, character and charm. Wood floors throughout.

You:
-Any age, just clean, independent, respectful, and able to pay bills on time.
-No heavy drinkers please
Your privacy is absolutely respected but of course it would be nice to be comfortable when our paths cross.

I request first and last month's rent, and the length/terms of the agreement are negotiable.

-Loves the Warriors, Music and Dancing
Especially enjoys spending time with two Grandsons who live in Oakland.
-Works hard, but when at home enjoys relaxing, watching TV, cooking and sleeping.

It's Right off of Geary Blvd, so transportation to Downtown is a breeze, but you can also cut across the Golf Course on foot and be at Land's End in minutes, which has some of the city's loveliest rustic, natural coastal beauty. Views and hikes all day.
