We are looking for someone who is easy going, considerate of others' space, lives well with others, and helps keep the common areas reasonably clean, which includes the kitchen, living/dining room, and bathroom. We are generally doing our own things but are friendly and respectful towards one another. The atmosphere/environment can be described as quiet and relaxed.

- 10 minute walk to Daly City BART, 30 minutes to FiDi, door to door
- 10 minute walk to 14R, 28, 54, 57, 88 buses and M metro line
- 5 minute drive to Trader Joes, Safeway, Lucky's, Stonestown, Serramonte
