Minimum 3 months stay. Room is big - 13ft by 14 ft.

House has a full living room, enormous kitchen and laundry room with washer/dryer - plus 2 hallway closets for storage etc. Small balcony and relaxing garden outside the balcony.

Rent includes monthly cost for the furnished house, household bills and household stuff - xfinity wifi, TV, electricity, water, gas, kitchen and bathroom supplies - paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent etc. Deposit is for next months rent.

Amazing location - 2 blocks from Chinatown, Little Italy, Washington Sq park, Tonys Pizza, Chinese grocery stores, bars, restaurants. This is a great spot. North beach is great part of town!

Ideally looking for a full-time employed male over 25 years old.

3 bedrooms - currently 1 part time (30%) male tenant and 1 full time sous chef. Mid 20's. Both male.

Not a party house. Feel free to go party in north beach or Polk st all you like - please don't bring the party home. Sorry no full time 'working from home'.
