Hi! Two roommates looking for a third to rent a medium size room in a three bedroom apartment in Noe Valley (on Eureka St between 22nd & 23rd St) available on July 1st.

Costs

$1,500/mo + shared utilities (PG&E, water, trash, internet, TV).
Security Deposit: $1415

Room Details

The room is carpeted and it is approximately 12 x 12 feet (3.65m x 3.65m) with high ceilings. The room is unfurnished and has no closet so you’ll need a bureau or wardrobe for storing clothes. While the apartment is heated, the room itself has no direct heating so it needs an electric space heater in the coldest winter months. Also the large windows face an elementary school playground across the street which is pretty noisy during the school year.

Our Apartment

Second-floor unit with in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, shared living room, and one bathroom. Small back deck and shared backyard with the downstairs unit. Rent controlled. No pets.

About Us

Blake (31) is a fiction writer and barista; Jon (54) comes from a video game development background. We're social, we both cook, and we keep the common areas clean without being obsessive about it. Cleaning duties are shared. We're a fairly quiet household so no raging parties or late nights but of course having friends over is fine. We both enjoy watching films and prestige TV shows together. Our previous roommate is leaving on great terms to move in with his partner.
