Street parking is free and relatively easy to find since the apartment is not in a residential parking permit area.

Noe Valley is a quiet neighborhood that?s geared toward urban professionals and young families. The neighborhood has tidy rows of Victorian and Edwardian houses, and has some of the city?s sunniest weather thanks to the surrounding hills. 24th Street is stocked with bakeries and relaxed cafes. The apartment is a mere 2-minute walk from Chinese, Thai, Sushi, Indian, Italian, and American restaurants. There?s also a weekly farmers' market held in the town square.

About me: I?m a recent college grad working in finance. I enjoying reading, hiking, camping, photography, and architecture. I am fairly clean, don?t make too much noise, and enjoy calm environments.
