I'm renting out a room in my two-bedroom apartment in Noe Valley. The apartment is about 1,200 SF and the full second story of a two-level house. It's got lots of windows and light, high ceilings, along with a sunny south-facing porch and shared backyard. It has a big, fully outfitted kitchen with a dishwasher. Washer/dryer in the unit. Hardwood and tile floors throughout. LOTS of storage including an attic and a shed out back. The bathroom is shared.

Parking on the street is super easy with a resident permit (I have a car and have never had a problem finding a spot on the block). Dogs are welcome with an additional pet deposit PLUS there's a doggy door that provides access to the backyard space.

The open room is the master bedroom and:
- Measures 12.7 ft x 15 ft
- Has hardwood floors and a large window
- Comes with it's own adjacent private office with closet (current roommate has a peloton bike and desk in it) - measures 7 ft x 8.5 ft

I'm a 31 year old female who works in tech. Originally from NYC but have lived in SF for two years now. I like hosting people from time to time but am pretty chill during the week. Looking for a fun, considerate roommate who would enjoy sharing a glass of wine on the back porch or while watching a TV show from time to time!

The apartment is a couple blocks from Whole Foods and shopping/restaurants on 24th Street, and an easy couple-block walk from the J train. 93 walk score!!
