Spacious Private Room Available in Noe Valley

Hi there!

We're looking for a friendly person to move into our 3BR, 2BA apartment located one block away from the main street of Noe Valley (Walgreens, Whole Foods, cafes, restaurants, bars and other amenities are super close). Your share of the rent would be $1,925/month, not including utilities. Internet, gas and heat should be an extra $60 or so /month. The room is quite large (fits a queen bed, desk, couch and full size dresser). We would need a security deposit (2 months rent or $3,850) upon moving in. There are french doors that open into the living room that the current occupant has put blinds over. The room shares a bathroom with one housemate.

The Apartment:
The overall apartment is a 3BR, 2BA and is quite large at 2350 sq. ft. The living room and kitchen are large with high quality appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher), granite countertops and an in-unit washer and dryer. There is a small back patio and access to the lemon tree downstairs.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very safe, clean and quiet. It's a five minute walk to the J Muni stop and a 15 minute walk to 24th Mission Bart. The 24 and 48 Muni are one block away, with easy access to Castro/Haight/Japantown and Caltrain. There is free and easy street parking with a generous street cleaning schedule (2x/month - really nice not to have to move your car more often).

About us:
Taylor and I are both easy-going, friendly and clean individuals. Taylor grew up in the Bay Area, is 28, work in land conservation in Palo Alto (1 day/week from home) and am generally early to bed and early to rise. He enjoys biking, cooking, climbing and being outdoors. I (Leslie) grew up in LA, is 28 and just moved up to the Bay Area in January. I love to explore the city, visit new bars, do yoga, and hang out with friends.
