I'm looking for a roommate to share my 1-bedroom apartment in Nob Hill. You'd have the large primary bedroom, spacious with a private walk-in closet and high ceilings. Room can be furnished (bed frame and mattress, carpet, side tables, a dresser, a desk and chair, a bookshelf, and an extra computer monitor) or left empty if you'd rather bring your own furniture, whatever works best for you. I'll be in the second, smaller room.

Building has a shared backyard, plus garage parking that may be available (subject to availability), separate from rent. Bathroom has a bathtub. Shared living room and fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Please note: no in-unit washer/dryer (laundromats are walking distance) or dishwasher. Great walkable location, close to transit and everything downtown/Polk St has to offer.

This is an informal room-share arrangement, month-to-month flexibility to start. Security deposit: one month's rent ($2,100). First month prorated based on move-in date. Two references required (e. g., a previous landlord/roommate and a personal reference).

I do have a dog living in the unit, she's a total lover and will absolutely pine for your attention, fully trained, well cared for (vaccinated, regularly groomed), and mostly just hangs out in the apartment. I'm looking for someone who genuinely likes dogs, not just someone who can tolerate one, since she'll definitely want to say hi. I'm hoping for someone quiet and low-key at home, not looking for a party house, but normal stuff like having a friend over is totally fine.
