This 1910s-era building has retained its vintage charm with dark wood accents and a cozy aesthetic that gives it authentic mid-century character. I've curated the space and brightened it with modern furniture, gold accents, and carefully placed artwork and rugs throughout the shared areas to create the perfect blend of nostalgic charm and contemporary comfort. Having lived in this apartment for over 15 years, I consider it my home. It’s *technically* the first floor of the flat, but it’s elevated one level above the street and features a security gate for entry. There are two flats above, where the building owner lives. **My wine rack is in one of the photos of the room, but it has since been removed.

Note on cars: I do not own a car, and street parking is doable, sometimes it just might take time and you’d definitely want to get a street parking permit.

I appreciate both life's luxuries (Champagne and caviar) and simple pleasures (sunsets, jasmine). I'm ambitious and hardworking but know how to unwind. My medium-sized Chihuahua mix, Batman, is my ESA/service dog—friendly, quiet, well-behaved, and mostly stays in my room except for kitchen trips. Adopting him was the best decision of my life!

What I'm Looking For:
An easy-going, laid-back roommate who values independence and peaceful coexistence. Someone self-sufficient and appreciates vintage character mixed with modern comfort. I'm looking for a genuine, mature roommate relationship rather than just anyone to fill the space. I’m down to go out for drinks or dinner occasionally, or have random small talk in the kitchen or living room.

Key Details:
- Rent: $950/month, due by the first of each month
- Security deposit: $950
- What's included: Water and garbage. Plus a 2-year complimentary subscription to Peacock Plus.
- Additional costs: PG&E utilities (~$100/month) and Xfinity internet (~$30/month). All bills are split evenly. Costs for an agreed-upon monthly cleaner to be split, as well as shared household supplies, as agreed upon. I have a Roomba vacuum/mop condo for "in between" cleaning to make it easier!
