Room available in the Mission, early August, in our 3-bedroom townhouse.

The available room is on the second floor with big east-facing windows and great natural light. Plenty of closet space in the room and additional storage throughout the unit including a cellar.

A few highlights about the space, in-unit washer and dryer, recently updated kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, a comfortable living room, and a small outdoor area that's perfect for plants. One shared bathroom with tub, which has never been an issue schedule-wise.

We're two easygoing people (late 20s-early 30s) who like cooking together and good music but also value downtime and personal space. Hoping to find someone with a similar approach.

Great transit access: walkable to 24th St BART and multiple bus lines. Right near everything on 24th and Valencia.
$1,620/month plus a share of utilities (usually around $125 depending on the season).
