We're looking for a roommate for a very large (160-170sqft) room in our newly renovated south mission flat.

The house has 7 bedrooms, 2 baths, a formal living room with big screen TV, kitchen with modern appliances and a bar area, a formal dining room, and an amazing backyard with a BBQ Grill. Roommates are social and cool and work in a mix of tech, consulting, etc. In-unit Laundry free.

Amazing neighborhood around the corner from mission st, about a 10 min walk to 24th street BART, close to lots of great bars, restaurants, taquerias. Also across the street from the Tesla and Facebook shuttle.

The room can be optionally furnished for free with a wardrobe, desk, chair, brand new bed frame and mattress (casper, leesa). Looking for a 6 month lease (and month-to-month thereafter) starting July. We're part of a network of communities in the area with different events, gatherings, experiences, etc. There's also a monthly fee ($160) for all utilities(super fast WiFi for wfh) , services, all common items, and weekly maid service that includes your room.
