1 private bedroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. This room is large enough to fit a King Bed, 2 dressers, and a desk. It also has an attached huge walk-in closet. The bedroom has its own bathroom directly outside of the room with shower + bathtub that will only be used by you and if guests come over (can be negotiable if you want a true private bathroom).

The bedroom comes unfurnished, but I'm open to any furniture you have for shared spaces. The new roommate will go in for half of PG&E and Webpass High-Speed WIFI/Internet. The owner of the condo pays water, garbage, and HOA for the amenities (which means free AC/Heat!).

I am a 30 year old female who works in tech and will be living in the master bedroom (with its own bathroom). I stay pretty mellow on the weekdays, with the occasional happy hour or tv night with friends. On the weekends I tend to hang out with friends in and around the city. I'm looking for a roommate with a similar work schedule, doesn't bring the party home on weekdays, and is reasonably clean in the shared living spaces.
