I am looking for a roommate Feb 1st in a beautiful big house in Miraloma Park in SF (between Twin Peaks and Glen park). It's just me 50% of the time and my quiet 16 year old son who is gone a lot even when I do have him. I also have a 2 year old french bulldog and a rabbit. The room is big and has a great view. It could be furnished or unfurnished for $1600 a month. Big yard, big super warm sunny deck, easiest parking in the city (I swear) with no weekly street cleaning (so no tickets). Bright sunny, garage, basement, laundry, quiet super safe neighborhood close to 3 busses and BART.
