Seeking roommate for a large private bedroom

Your own large private fully furnished bedroom (fully carpeted), spacious closets and access to a beautiful outdoor patio and large private backyard. Your own private newly remodeled full bathroom, private pantry with refrigerator and microwave, (shared laundry room, backyard, kitchen, living room and dining room) with a gay couple owning the house. Our neighborhood (Miraloma Park) is super quiet and safe and have easy access to both MUNI and BART stations. The room haos a new queen bed, chest of drawers, end table, lamp, flat screen TV (DIRECTV, AMAZON and NETFLIX streaming), DVD player and book shelf.

We are looking for a roommate (gay or straight) who is also friendly, easy to live with, mild tempered and mature who can appreciate a shared living environment and can pay the rent on time. We keep the house clean even though we are both busy professionals. If it matters, we have lived with straight and gay housemates in the past. We welcome anyone, regardless of sexual orientation, who otherwise meets the above criteria and is comfortable with us being gay. We are two professionals, responsible, friendly, clean, non-smoking, quiet men who enjoy living in a nice house.

The top floor is carpeted with great natural light (skylight), a large dining room, living room with beautiful wood burning fireplace and a large kitchen. There are many windows throughout this floor. The large kitchen has granite counter top areas, modern stainless steel BOSCH appliances plus a dishwasher and wine storage area. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room downstairs for unlimited use.

The MUNI bus 36 stops outside the house and connects Glen Park BART and Forest Hill MUNI stations.

Ideally, we'd like someone like us as our roommate: professional, responsible, clean and quiet. If you're looking for a party house, this is not it (though we do entertain on occasion for house parties and social gatherings with close friends). If you're looking for good guys to share a beautiful home with, this might be the place for you.

Monthly rent is $1400 (fully furnished) and you will pay one-third of all utilities in the house. Security deposit in the amount of $1500 is needed.
