Hi Rick here I am a property manager for a 3 bedroom house near state SFSU. Rent is 1,100 plus deposit of $500 and $100 extra every month with rent until the one thousand deposit is reached utilities run about $115 monthly. The room is furnished and has a partial city view. The house is safe, clean and features an onsite laundry, secure backyard access to common areas kitchen, dining room, living room. on-site laundry and some storage area in the garage included with room rental. There are 2 other roommates one uses the downstairs bathroom the other uses the upstairs bathroom which includes a shower the room renter wood use the upstairs bathroom. The m train line is a minute away and will take you to state or anyware in the city. The other roommates are friendly considerate working professionals. This is not a party house or a place to have a significant other over all the time, once in a while is fine. It's a quiet environment. The owner is nice and available when needed but is hassel free. No smoking or pets but you can smoke in the backyard. pls call me for info thanks
