2 furnished bedrooms in a 3bd/1ba in Lower Pacific

We're looking to sublet our two furnished bedrooms in a shared 3bd/1ba apartment for approximately one year, starting at the beginning of August (timing flexible).

The ideal fit is a couple (or one person who wants a bedroom and separate office or guest room) because the second bedroom isn't fully soundproof without modification. Currently we keep the doors to that room open during the day to allow more natural light into the living room and kitchen.

This spacious street-level apartment is a hidden gem in the city.

🧍‍♂️ FLATMATE
You'll be sharing the apartment with our longtime friend Rob (39), who occupies the third bedroom. He's clean, reliable, outdoorsy, and easy to live with. He travels quite a bit between Navy Reserve commitments, backpacking trips, rafting adventures, and other travel, so the apartment often feels less crowded than a typical shared living situation. If you're into the outdoors, he'd probably be happy to include you on an adventure.

You're within walking distance of parks including Hamilton Recreation Center, Anza Vista, and the Presidio, as well as grocery stores such as Trader Joe's, Target, Nijiya Market, Woori Market, and Jai Ho. Dangerously close to B-Patisserie and Jane the Bakery.
