Location: Downtown San Francisco. Nob Hill/Union Square area. Close to public transit lines (2, 27, 38 are the closest bus lines)
Price: $1,650 + Utilities (total is usually around $1,750 monthly)
Features: Shared Bathroom, Kitchen, and Living Space. Private Unfurnished Room with East Facing Bay Window and Small Walk-In closet. Rent Controlled Building! Multiple Laundromats Close By. Unit Located on the Back of the Building so limited street Noise! Street Parking, but there are multiple garages nearby if you have a car.
Length of Lease: 12+ Months
No Pets Please (I have two cats already that would love to meet you)
No Smoking (at least in the house)

About Me: My name is Anubis (They/Them/Theirs) and I have lived in San Francisco for almost a decade now! I am 26 and mostly keep to myself. I work in healthcare and live events, so I am at work A LOT. I am a collector of physical media, but do keep my spaces clean and tidy. Just know I am a maximalist at heart. I am very into anime, gaming, music, crafting, art, fashion, and anything spooky. Would love to have a roommate that shares some of my interests, but no harm done if you don't :)
