Room for Rent in Victorian Flat, Near Alamo Square

Spacious room (180 square feet) in a Victorian flat. Shower and kitchen shared with 3 other roommates. Coin-op laundry in the basement. The building has a small backyard that is shared with the upper 2 floors.

This is a nice area, near Alamo Square and the lower Haight, excellent Muni access, (Lines 22, 21, 71, 7, 6, N Judah, etc.) a few blocks from Safeway. However, parking is street only and can be extremely frustrating at certain times of the day.

In addition to monthly rent, we share PG&E and internet which usually comes to $50-$70 dollars a month per person. No hard drugs or pets, please. There is no smoking indoors.

We are a laid-back, drama-free apartment. There is no living room, so we occasionally visit in the kitchen over meals. We’re looking for someone to move in for June, and we will be asking for first & last month’s rent, plus a refundable $500 security deposit, for $2490 total. Earlier move-ins are doable as well.
