Large Room

We have a large, lovely room available in our Lower Haight apartment. The lease is month-to-month but we are looking for someone who plans to stay awhile in this great location. Please tell us a bit about yourself/your situation and include a phone number where you can be reached. Thanks!

The room:
Spacious, unfurnished bedroom with hardwood floors, high ceilings, bay windows, modest closet space, and plenty of soft light. Will fit a queen-size bed, sofa, coffee table, a desk, bookcase, or just floorspace room to stretch out for yoga or whatever. The bedroom overlooks the Cafe International patio and you can paint the room whatever color you like.

You:
A very clean, very quiet adult who takes Covid 19 seriously. Respectful of other people and very light kitchen use. You enjoy your own creative space and quietude while at home.

Us:
We are 5 health-conscious adults, predominantly women; academics, artists, teachers etc.. We are all very friendly here but this is not a particularly social household. We all have our own lives and enjoy keeping the house peaceful for everyone. We do not interact daily or hang out with one another and are looking for someone with whom this resonates.

Rent:
$1,015 mo. + share of utilities (PGE & Comcast internet) each month ~$20-$25
Deposit $1,015 for move-in.

The Apartment:
Corner of Haight and Fillmore. 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room, a kitchen, and a kitchen extension. The back door goes down to Cafe International so you can grab a coffee and bagel in your pajamas if you like and we have roof access for a little extra space and sunshine.

Neighborhood
The Lower Haight is a chill, destination neighborhood with lots to offer. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops currently with outdoor cafes for Covid. Centrally located to the rest of the city and several parks within walking distance, groceries, pharmacies etc.
