Looking for a roommate to share my newly renovated condo. You will have a bright bedroom (12’ 5” x 9’ 7”) with your own private bathroom. The bathroom has a rain shower, heated floors and a towel drying wall radiator that both work on a timer. You will have access to ample storage in the hall closet, living room closet, kitchen cabinets and walk in pantry. Your bedroom has a new west elm mid century armoire and a large chest of drawers for your use if you need them. There is an Ethernet outlet in your bedroom.

The condo was renovated with style and includes Thermador appliances and outlets with usb and lightning charging points.

The condo includes a utility room with washer and dryer.

There is a large deck off the living room area that leads to a beautiful landscaped garden with a fire pit and outdoor seating.

I have an office that is for my own personal use. I work from home 4 days a week.

Apart from my bedroom, office and bathroom the rest of the condo is shared space.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has an electric fireplace and a large wall mounted TV.

You will be responsible for half the cost of WiFi and PG&E. Water and trash is no extra charge.

The building is a beautiful Edwardian duplex. My upstairs neighbor is very nice and in her 80’s. She is super quiet.

I am easy going, clean and social, I also enjoy my quiet time at home cooking and playing video and board games. I am into health and fitness. I go to the gym most days and play sports. I enjoy going out for drinks with friends. I don’t bring the party home.

I am looking for a respectful, responsible and clean roommate to share my wonderful home.

There is only street parking. I never have trouble finding a parking space. No smoking/vaping of any substances inside the condo. There is plenty of space on the deck and in the garden for smoking/vaping.
