The house is a large and spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom Victorian house in the inner sunset. It's located near Golden Gate Park, UCSF, and 9th/Irving restaurants. All the bedrooms in the house are upstairs, with a shared bathroom. On the main floor there is a second bathroom. Two shared living spaces/rooms are attached to a large kitchen with a gas stove and a large countertop. The house also has an updated dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer! The only thing the house doesn't have is a garage. If you have a car you will have to find street parking and buy a permit. It is pretty easy to get around the city on Muni from the house. The N-Judah, 66, 44, 43, 7, and 6 are all within walking distance.
It's a beautiful place to call home, the housemates are working professionals. It's only a 7-minute walk to UCSF several UCSF doctors, nurses and administrators have lived in the home. New resident? Willing to hold until mid-June.
