Available February 1!!! Spacious, private room in large 3 bed/1.5 bath apartment in the heart of the Inner Sunset. ??

The apartment is beautifully furnished and gets lots of sunlight. It has a very large living room/dinning room area, kitchen, toilet and shower-room separate, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The flat is at the top of a 3-unit building and has a local clothing store on the bottom level. We also share a large backyard with our neighbors and the store. ??

Your room is unfurnished and is at the back of the apartment towards the kitchen and backyard. Your views are of the backyard area and the room is generally more quiet as it is off the street. The rough dimensions are 16 ft x 11 ft.

You will share the flat with three others - a couple (Christian and Kaitlyn) and a gal (Elyse). The couple are the lease holders and have been living with Elyse for over a year now. Kaitlyn is an RN and will be working 3+ days a week outside of the city and home the 4 other days. Christian is a small business owner and is often in and out of the apartment. They both enjoy cooking and relaxing at home as well as exploring all the treasures the city has to offer. Elyse works for SF Parks and Rec and has a pretty normal schedule. We have a great, easy-going roommate relationship and we are looking for someone who is down to earth and can easily fit into our already ideal living environment.

Looking for a responsible, easy-going, cleanly person. Must have a job and dependable income. Please no pets, couples, live-in partners, or bring-home raggers. Your rent will be month to month, but we hope if it is a good fit you will stay. Move-in costs are first month + $1500 security deposit. Utilities include internet, PG&E, trash and usually range about $50/ea a month. We also split a cleaning service which comes out to be $38/ea a month.
