Welcome to San Francisco.  This is my Shabby Chic Cottage, a monthly sublet rental. It’s clean, refreshed and available between June 15th and December 31st 2026- Dates are flexible.

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood, an entire private standalone cottage within a lush garden, close to transportation, coffee shops and restaurants. I live in the main house.

THE SPACE
This tiny home is in the back of a 1915 main house, so you are totally independent.  You enter through a garden walkway.
Spaces for your private use:
• Bedroom with a queen-size bed with an organic mattress and 100% cotton linens
• Outdoor bathroom with a homemade soaking tub
• Fully equipped kitchenette with induction hotplate, air fryer, mini-fridge and all cooking utensils  
• High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace with a garden view.
• Library or meditation space
• Private patio area with bistro table and chairs
• Garden sunroom protected from wind and rain.
• Access to the laundry area located in the main house

THE LOCATION
Ingleside Terraces is a historical residential neighborhood in the southwest of San Francisco, close to Stonestown Mall, San Francisco State University and San Francisco City College.
• 2 blocks to Muni Metro (K line) and the 29 bus
• About 25 minutes to downtown by train
• Easy street parking; ~20 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Ocean Beach
• Bike-share access 3 blocks away

• The outdoor bathroom is a defining feature—and not for everyone.
