Primary Bedroom + Office Space available!

Hi there! We have a room now available in our household that we would love to fill with a great person/couple, given it’s the primary bedroom of the house! Great office space connected with this room. It is separated from the primary bedroom by a door and hallway which acts as a walk in closet/storage space. This office space can be used as office, meditation, workout room, or any other hobby/activity you'll want to use the space for. It is also virtually soundproof which is some added privacy from the rest of the house. Your bathroom will be shared by one other housemate (who is very clean) and has been completely remodelled. Walk-in shower, and separate bathtub. The other housemate (me!) is downstairs with my own bathroom and room/office space area.
I have one house cat, Lucy, who mainly sticks with me, so if you don't want her potentially wandering into your room, just close your door and she'll leave you alone :) you’ll have your own space to yourself :)

We are looking for a great, clean, friendly person who understands the joys (and also responsibilities!) of living/cohabitating with others - you certainly don't need to be super social, so you are more than welcome to utilize the other spaces of the house (living room, outdoor patio, front yard, back yard, kitchen, laudry room), or if you are more private, then we will have no problem with you keeping to yourself. Ultimately - we want to create a really relaxed, stress-free, calm environment for each resident to feel at home in. If this sounds like you - please message me!

Note: If you are a couple that's looking at this area, the rent may alter to accommodate two people vs 1. Lucy is a solitary kind of cat, so no pets ideally for her sake please <3
