My name is Max, I’m a 22 year old working college student looking for a Roomate starting on March 15th. The apartment is renovated and clean, with two private bedrooms and bathrooms. Completely furnished aside from the available bedroom for $1500 a month with no security deposit + utilities (around $75 total monthly). Very close to the city college with accessible public transportation. I’m looking for a six month lease, but also available to do month to month instead of needed!
